Corky's is one of the most recognized names in American Bar-B-Q.  This restaurant prototype is designed to be adaptable to future franchises in other locations.  Site planning, location and aesthetics were all considered to meet the needs of an evolving business model.  The building design and interiors invoke images of Mississippi juke-joints, but provide for a comfortable and casual dining experience.
